Question: How do I share my logo to be embroidered on a particular product?
Answer: Simply send us an email and attach your logo using one of the following formats: PNG, GIF, PES, DST, JPG or JPEG. The file must be less than 10MB. Once your order is placed through the website, we will then digitize the logo so it can be embroidered (includes a $25 fee/logo).
Question: Are there any setup fees?
Answer: There is a one-time $25 setup fee for us to digitize your logo. Once we have the file digitized, there will be no additional costs for future orders using that logo.
Question: Is there a minimum order I must place?
Answer: There are no minimums but, the more you order, the more you save. Please contact us for pricing on bulk orders.
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: There is a 2-week turnaround on all orders. However, please let us know if you need a rushed delivery and we may be able to accommodate.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: We take serious quality control measures to ensure accuracy on each item which we embroider. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
